Terms of Use

1.Who we are

B2mrak is a brand of Muhkam (مُحْكَم), a software company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with a Syrian team. For each type of business we offer its own WhatsApp system with an AI assistant that answers its customers.

2.The free trial

• Every new business gets a free 14-day trial on a real account, with the full system and the AI assistant, and no payment.
• One trial per WhatsApp number.
• Test before you connect your number: the demo works without any data from you. Inside your account you can test the assistant's replies with "Try it" before turning her on for your customers. The assistant answers no one until you switch her on.
• At the end of the trial we ask whether you'd like to continue. If you don't reply, or decide not to, the account stops and nothing is charged.

3.Price and payment

• The subscription is $50 a month per system, AI assistant included.
• An extra WhatsApp number answered by the same assistant with the same information is $10 a month per number. A second assistant with different information (a branch with different services or prices) is a second subscription.
• Paying a year upfront: 2 months free ($500 instead of $600).
• Our accounts team contacts you to arrange the payment in the way that suits you. Right now we accept cash in US dollars or the Syrian-pound equivalent at the rate on the day you pay; other payment methods can be arranged.

4.Renewal and cancelling

• The subscription is month to month, with no long contract and no minimum term.
• There is no automatic renewal and no automatic charge, neither after the trial nor after any paid month.
• To continue: tell us on WhatsApp. We send you the invoice and our accounts team contacts you for the payment.
• To stop: tell us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange everything with you. There's nothing to cancel and no cancellation fee.

5.Refunds

Payments are not refundable, because the free 14-day trial is there so you can be sure before you pay. The only exception: if you choose to pay straight away without a trial, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you pay.

6.The AI assistant and limits of liability

• The AI assistant is software powered by artificial intelligence, not a person. She answers your customers from the information you put in your account (services, prices, hours, policies…).
• AI can sometimes make mistakes. We work hard to keep her accurate. She doesn't make up prices, she only books slots that are really free, and the system blocks two bookings at the same time. But we don't guarantee that every reply will be correct or complete in every case.
• You stay in charge: you keep your information correct and up to date, test the assistant before turning her on, follow your chats, and can take over any chat or switch her off at any time.
• The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as a lost customer or expected profit), and our total liability will never exceed the subscription for the month in which the problem happened.
• Your account's booking data is backed up automatically every 24 hours.

7.WhatsApp

• The system runs on your business's own WhatsApp number, linked like WhatsApp Web. B2mrak is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
• You are responsible for using your number in line with WhatsApp's terms.
• No one can guarantee WhatsApp's decisions about any number. But when the number is used to answer people who message you, which is what the assistant does, the risk is very small. Don't use the system to send bulk messages to people who didn't ask for them.
• If your electricity or internet goes off, the system keeps running on our servers and keeps answering your customers. If your phone stays offline for about two weeks, WhatsApp may unlink it; you relink it with a code in a minute.

8.Data and privacy

• Your account data (customers, bookings, services…) is kept on our own infrastructure.
• We don't store your customers' chats; they stay on your WhatsApp. The assistant reads a chat only to reply to it.
• Your customers' numbers are seen only by you and the staff you give access to. Our team opens your account only to help you when you ask for support.
• We never sell your data or your customers' data, never share it with anyone for marketing, and never use your customers' numbers for anything else.
• You can ask for a copy of all your account data at any time, except chats, which are already on your phone.
• When a subscription ends or is cancelled, the main account data is deleted after 14 days and backups after 30 days.

9.Support

Support is on WhatsApp with Sham, B2mrak's AI assistant, who helps with most things directly. For a real problem she opens a ticket for our team, and we work to fix it within 4 hours.

10.Acceptable use

You agree not to use the system for anything illegal, to send spam or misleading messages, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend an account that does.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll tell you about any important change on WhatsApp before it applies, and the latest version is always on this page.
